BACKGROUND
STORY

Our Chimneyhouse
Abrikos of
Yurashka, "Yuri",
born 8/18/05,
arrived from Mary
Comer in Virginia.  
Yuri has extensive
Starpoint lines in his
pedigree.  In fact, his
GG Grandfather is
Kaliostro
Vasenjkovich of
Starpoint, who was
one of the first three
siberian cats
imported from
Leningrad, Russia by
Elizabeth Terrell in
June of 1990.  Yuri
has other Starpoint
ancestors as well!

Siberian cats by
American standards,
should have a
"Sweet Expression".
 Our Yuri definitely
portrays this trait.  
Today we pride
ourselves in
preserving this
tradition.
YURI'S STORY......Yuri, a cameo or red cream silver mctabby
w/white, spends his day sunning on our screened in porch on his cat
condos, (several).  He will let you know when it is time to play.  The
Siberian cat is very intelligent and almost dog like in their actions.  He
loves to carry certain toys in his mouth and set them up for an
ambush.  Yuri also tries to bury his food when he is finished to save
it for later.  The Siberian is known to be a problem solver.  If he gets
a toy stuck or wedged under something, he will use every tactic to
retrieve it.  If he gets frustrated, he starts talking by chirping and
trilling.....really....and this is his way of asking me to help him.  Yuri has
the softest coat and he loves to be groomed.  

He is just the most happy go lucky boy.  We just love AND adore
our Yuri.

We want to thank Mary for entrusting our family to be his guardian
for life and to share with you, our very special boy, our Yuri.

Our Ilian was born 5/20/08 and comes from Lundberg Siberians.  We are enjoying Ilian's
silly personality and he loves to ride slung over my shoulders and be cradled like a baby.    
We support Lundberg Siberians in their dedication and work in the Siberian Research
Institute.  We are members of SRI and chose our beautiful Ilian knowing  his lines have no
known HCM or PKD.   Also Ilian's mother and father have been tested for the Fel D1
protein and have low allergen levels.   We love, love, love our Ilian.....THANK YOU TOM
& MEREDITH!!!
