Your YURASHKA kitten has already been de-wormed and has had their first set of
FVRCPC (upper respiratory) vaccination and fecal floats (NEG) performed by our
veterinarian for you. A YURASHKA kitten will come with a Health Certificate provided by
my veterinarian. He has known us for 14 years. You will also be given a health guarantee
that there are no genetic or congenital anomalies for the first year of life written in our
contract to you. Our cats, BREEDERS and our family cats, are tested and are negative
for FelV & FIV.

Allergy testing is a must for people with allergies. A testing fee of $50.00 will be required
after your deposit has reserved the particular kitten you are interested in. If one's testing
proves not to work out for you, you will be refunded your reservation deposit.

We allow testing only for people reserving a kitten.

Buyer is responsible for taking your kitten to your veterinarian within 72 HRS of adoption
for an examination.

The Buyer will also be responsible for spaying/neutering your kitten between 6 and 8
months of age. Registration papers will be withheld until Buyer spays/neuters their kitten
by a licensed veterinarian and until such proof is provided to the seller, YURASHKA
SIBERIANS

Your YURASHKA kitten will come with a friendly Buyer/Seller adoption agreement to
ensure the protection and well being of the kitten/cat, now and in the future.

Your YURASHKA kitten will come with their favorate toys, a towel with their siblings and
parent's scent on it for kitty's security blanket and a kitty pack with instructions on
feeding, acclimation of kitty in your home and litter do's & don'ts.

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be required for reserving a YURASHKA kitten. This
ensures YURASHKA SIBERIANS, the Seller, that prospective buyers are serious about a
kitten and not to withold a kitten from another forever family.

You will receive updated pictures weekly and be assured of their progress.
